In Arizona, extreme heat can make a simple daily walk difficult for much of the year. AVORA began with a simple belief: there should be another way.
Not a dog park. Not a daycare. A beautiful, climate-controlled space where you and your dog walk side by side, without the heat standing in the way.
Nature-inspired trails wind through the space, with a café and lounge just steps away. Stop in for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Work, catch up with friends, or simply slow down, with or without your dog beside you.
And because life with a dog is about more than the walk, we're creating one place for the rest of it too, from grooming to the everyday essentials your dog needs.

A Calmer Way to Be Out With Your Dog
Crowded parks. Off-leash dogs running up uninvited. “No dogs allowed” at the places you’d rather be. Everyday life with a dog can mean a lot of watching, worrying and working around. AVORA is the opposite. Membership is limited, every dog is thoughtfully screened before joining, and every person stays with their dog. So you can stop watching your back and simply enjoy being there together.

Is AVORA a dog park?
No. AVORA is a private indoor nature walking and social club. Dogs stay on leash and with their person, apart from a small, supervised play yard.
Is it a daycare or boarding?
No. There's no drop-off. AVORA is a place to spend time together.
Where will AVORA be?
The Scottsdale/Phoenix area. We'll announce the location once it's secured. Founding List members hear first.
When will it open?
We're building now. Join the Founding List for updates as milestones are reached.
How much will membership cost?
Membership details will be shared with the Founding List first.
Is membership limited?
Yes. Membership will be intentionally limited to keep AVORA calm and uncrowded. Founding List members get first access.

Can I come without my dog?
Yes. AVORA is a place that's yours, too.
Are all dogs welcome?
We're designing a simple welcome process, such as vaccination records and a brief introduction visit, so every dog and person feels safe and comfortable.
CAN MY DOG COME INTO THE CAFE?
The cafe and wine bar are dog-free, but you won't have to leave your dog behind. We're planning a service window where you can order your favorite coffee or a glass of wine, then enjoy it on the dog-friendly terrace, along the trails or in the lounge while you work. Drinks can also be brought to you while you relax together.
